The delicate taste of lemon enhances the flavor of the fish, creating a perfect base for tuna or cod canapes and as a condiment for fish pastes. Pitted “taggiasca” olives 60%, dressing based on extra virgin olive oil and lemon (99% extra virgin olive oil, 1% lemons), 6% lemon peel, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid. Exceptionally, some fruit may contain the stone or part of it.
